With the 2019 Proxy season approaching, please join us for a chapter roundtable to discuss a wide range of related issues, including:

• Proxy Season Preview – what do we expect to see in 2019?
• ESG – what disclosures are you thinking of including in your proxy statement?
• Simplification – what are the changes to Reg S-K and S-X and how are you complying?
