Houston Chapter Luncheon - 2017 Proxy Review, 2018 Predictions, and ISS Voting Policy Updates

​​Join us for a discussion about hot topics for the 2018 Proxy Season. John Roe, Head of ISS Analytics, will help you prepare for and navigate the upcoming annual meeting season, including takeaways from the 2017 proxy season and how they may impact 2018 disclosures. Don’t forget to bring those tough-to-answer ISS questions with you!

Institutional Shareholder Services a business line of Institutional Shareholder Services focused on developing data and analytics products used by financial market participants, globally. In this capacity, John also oversees the development of ISS’ quantitative methodologies covering compensation evaluation and governance scoring and coordinates the firm’s thought-leadership initiatives. Cancellations:
Registration will close at noon on Monday, January 8, or earlier, if reservations exceed capacity. In order to effectively manage our reservations and luncheon orders, please let us know by Monday, January 8, 2018 if you need to cancel your reservation. If you cancel before January 8, you will still be billed for the luncheon, but we will credit you for a future luncheon. No refunds will be made after you register and no credit for future luncheons will be given for no-shows or cancellations made on or after January 8.
