Twin Cities Chapter - Directors Panel and Annual Meeting

Please join us as we hear from our guests on current priorities for directors, as well as how corporate secretaries may better help directors fulfill their board obligations:

• Gary Ellis, Retired Chief Financial Officer of Medtronic plc - Currently serving on the Board of Directors of The Toro Company
• Martha Goldberg Aronson, Retired Executive Vice President and President of Global Healthcare, Ecolab Inc. - Currently serving on the Board of Directors of Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., Methode Electronics and CONMED Corporation

In addition, this meeting will serve as the annual meeting for the Twin Cities Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance. The agenda includes the annual election of officers. Ballots will be distributed prior to the meeting.
