​With the 2018 Proxy season nearing its end, please join us for a chapter roundtable to discuss a wide range of related issues, including:

• Proxy Season Wrap Up – what did we see in 2018?
• Cybersecurity – what changes are you considering in light of SEC guidance?
• Advocacy – what governance issues (if any) are companies considering as opportunities for advocacy?

We welcome all of our chapter members, as well as members of neighboring chapters who live in the area and would like to join us for an informal, interactive discussion.
