The Society submitted letter to the SEC last Friday requesting a 60-day extension of the comment period for its climate disclosure rulemaking proposal to allow the Society sufficient time to collect, assess, and integrate into its comment letter the type of qualitative and quantitative information and data requested in the proposing release.
