Financial CHOICE Act (aka Dodd-Frank Alternative): Markup Begins

The House Financial Services Committee met in open session yesterday and again today to begin its markup of this amendment to the Financial CHOICE Act (H.R. 10) offered by Committee Chair Hensarling. The Committee will continue to meet on subsequent days if necessary to consider the bill.
