Edelman's "The Board, CEO Misconduct, and Corporate Culture" imparts 10 thought-worthy "best practices" companies should at least consider to mitigate the likelihood of their becoming the next publicly-aired corporate culture crisis. Notably, the suggestions (which may be considered on an à la carte basis) cover numerous aspects of the company's operations that have opportunity to bear on or enable a better understanding of the culture - including CEO performance and compensation, board oversight, employee surveys, training, employee communications, and more.
