Among the suggested action items are ensuring appropriate coverage in company policies and codes of ethics, board training and board support of workforce training, express board committee responsibility for culture risks, regular reporting to the board on harassment or misconduct allegations involving executives, board oversight of investigations, and culture-focused compensation incentives & consequences.
