California Sued on New Board Gender Quota Law

As anticipated, a suit was filed against the State of California alleging an illegal expenditure of taxpayer funds and taxpayer-financed resources to effect the state's new board gender quota law, which the plaintiffs (via conservative foundation, Judicial Watch, Inc.) assert is unconstitutional on equal protection grounds.
