COVID-19 Management & Board Pay Reductions

The Conference Board (collaborating with Semler Brossy and Esgauge) released a complimentary
database
of Russell 3000 Form 8-K COVID-19-triggered executive and director pay (
i.e.
, base salary and cash retainer) reduction disclosures from March 1 to date. Key observations through April 24 are summarized in
this release
. Disclosures can be filtered by company size, GICS sector and industry, and the scope of the pay reduction. The database is updated weekly and includes access to numerous analytics graphics via a "Visualizations" link.
