In addition to other insights on VSM practices, the post also credits corporate secretaries and VSM service providers for their significant efforts that allowed so many companies to conduct their meetings in this format - in most cases without the benefit of advance preparation or experience - in the face of unprecedented crisis-triggered demands and other pressures.
