Deloitte's "Support your Black workforce, now" briefly recaps recent and historical events leading up to the heightened efforts to eradicate racism against Blacks, and shares sound frameworks for action for both organizations and individuals. Suggested tactics for organizations are based on the well-known LEAD (Listen | Acknowledge | Engage | Do) framework. Individuals are tasked with "inclusive leadership" - an amorphous term that the paper brings to life with examples of behaviors that members of the workforce can pursue to promote equity and inclusion. The publication includes a glossary of key terms and links to numerous other relevant resources.
