Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Take Center Stage at Edison

Edison International and its main operating subsidiary, Southern California Edison, released - in an impactful and inspiring presentation - detailed workforce diversity, equity, and inclusion data by gender and race across multiple aspects of the employee experience including organizational level, pay, the hiring process; turnover, and employee sentiment (e.g., trust, engagement, inclusion). The company also provided information on its financial investments made with diverse businesses and community organizations, as well as multiple actions underway and planned to further enhance racial equity internally and outside the organization. Southern California Edison posts its EEO-1 data and more on its website annually.
