Ceres reported on the status of 2021 proxy season shareholder climate-related proposals, as illustrated here:
While 54 of 136 filed proposals have been withdrawn purportedly based on successful negotiations, there are still many in the pipeline, with proposals seeking GHG commitments topping the list of those planned to go to a vote (15 proposals), followed by climate risk-aligned lobbying disclosure (12 proposals).
