The SEC announced Division of Enforcement Director Alex Oh’s resignation for personal reasons. As reported in today’s Society Alert, Ms. Oh was appointed to the position just last week. Melissa Hodgman, Acting Director prior to Ms. Oh’s appointment, will reassume that role.
