Proxy Season Shareholder Proposal Review

Sullivan & Cromwell's "2021 Proxy Season Review: Part I" includes a plethora of data on 2021 proxy season shareholder proposals and year-over-year proposal trends, as well as a recap of no-action requests and responses.

Noteworthy year-over-year trends are shown here:
John Chevedden submitted the most proposals - an astonishing 23% of all submitted proposals, with As You Sow and the NYC Comptroller/Funds collectively accounting for an additional 18%. Rounding out the top 10 top most prolific proponents were Ken Steiner, Jim McRitchie/Myra Young, Mercy Investment Services, Sisters of St. Francis, Green Century Capital Management, Calvert Research & Management,  National Center for Public Policy Research, and Trillium Asset Management.
