DFIN’s “SEC Filings – Trends in ESG Disclosure” shares examples of what it describes as innovative recent Form 10-K disclosures on employee turnover and talent management.
- CONMED Form 10-K (p7): Board engagement and involvement in talent management
- Moody’s Form 10-K (p19): Employee voluntary and involuntary turnover rates:
"The decline in the Company's voluntary turnover rates in 2020 compared to 2019 are likely due to the effects of COVID-19 on the labor market. Additionally, MSS [Moody's Shared Services] involuntary turnover figures in 2020 in the chart above includes employees who separated pursuant to a third party outsourcing arrangement relating to certain back office functions."
- Weyerhaeuser Co. Form 10-K (p3): People development focus and supporting activities
