Bloomberg reported that 80% of the S&P 500 included workforce DE&I in the most Form 10-Ks filed in 2021, compared to 14% in 2020.
The report notes that companies took different disclosure approaches, including disclosure of diversity data in the Form 10-K itself (e.g., Facebook/Meta Platforms) and qualitative disclosure (only) in the Form 10-K, with reference to quantitative data on the corporate website (e.g., Walgreens).
