ISS announced the opening of its peer group submission window from July 5 - July 15 for companies with annual meetings slated to be held between September 16, 2022, and January 31, 2023. ISS will be accepting self-selected peer group changes during this window. Companies that have made no changes to their previous proxy-disclosed executive compensation benchmarking peers or that don't want to provide this information in advance don't need to participate. For companies that don't submit changes, the proxy-disclosed peers from the company's last proxy filing reportedly will automatically be factored into ISS's peer group construction process.
