John Chevedden continued to be the most prolific proponent by a wide margin—submitting 155 proposals, or approximately 19% of all submitted proposals, with As You Sow, Jim McRitchie/Myra Young, and Ken Steiner, collectively accounting for an additional 13%. Rounding out the top 10 top most prolific proponents were Mercy Investment Services, NYC/NYS Common Retirement Funds, Green Century Capital Management, National Legal and Policy Center, National Center for Public Policy Research, and Trillium Asset Management.
