Georgeson’s “2022 Investor Voting Report” includes a plethora of institutional investor voting data and associated analysis from the 2022 proxy season. Voting decisions of more than a dozen of the largest institutional investors on environmental, DE&I-related, political lobbying/contributions, and independent chair proposals are conveniently expressed tabularly by issuer and vote outcome. The report also includes BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street voting data for 2020, 2021, and 2022 on say-on-pay and election of directors.
