The Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility—a coalition of more than 300 faith- and values-driven institutions—released its “2023 Proxy Resolutions & Voting Guide,” which provides information on the 376 ICCR member-sponsored proposals filed at more than 200 companies for the 2023 proxy season as of February 16. Proposals are categorized by topic and company, and include proposal lead and co-filer information.
As was the case last year, climate change and diversity & racial justice proposals top the "most popular" list, as shown here:

As of the publishing date, ICCR members had withdrawn approximately 20 proposals based on substantive agreements with the target companies. An additional 40 proposals were subject to pending no-action requests, significantly down from 82 last year.
Among the 17 new proposal topics this year are adoption of a coal phase-out policy (p. 69); allowing time to vote at annual meetings (p. 90); discriminatory exclusion of people in conflict zones (p. 220); privatization of polluting assets (p.65); and driver health and safety reporting (p.195).
