Goodwin’s “Form 10-Q Risk Factor Updates: Better Practices for Companies that Restate Risk Factors” recommends companies that restate their Form 10-K risk factors in their Form 10-Qs call out material new and revised Form 10-Q risk factor disclosure and suggests three alternative ways to achieve this aim.
