KPMG’s Board Diversity Disclosure Benchmarking Tool allows companies to benchmark their board/director diversity disclosure practices by GICS sector, index (Russell 3000 and S&P 500), and company size.
Benchmarking coverage includes:
- Disclosure of board diversity policies/practices, i.e., the inclusion of gender, racial and/or ethnic, and sexual orientation diversity in disclosed board diversity policies
- Board-level and individual director-level disclosure of gender, racial and/or ethnic, sexual orientation, and non-US Nationals
- Prevalence of disclosed diverse directors across the above categories
