On behalf of the New York State Common Retirement Fund, New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli recounted his engagement with portfolio companies on their political spending-related policies, procedures, and disclosure, which consisted of proposal withdrawals and negotiated agreements with Caesars Entertainment, DoorDash, and SoFI Technologies (see January release here); shareholder proposals submitted and voted at Charter Communications (p76), Airbnb (p56), and DraftKings (p62); and new requests to 16 additional companies for comprehensive disclosure.

The release includes the names of the additional 16 companies targeted by Comptroller DiNapoli for disclosure.
