Further to our report in last week’s Society’s Alert, the SEC released the detailed agenda for tomorrow’s meeting (September 19) of the Investor Advisory Committee, which includes a panel discussion (scheduled to begin at 10:35 am ET) on how well the current regulatory framework protects investors’ ability to submit shareholder proposals. The meeting is being webcast on the SEC website.
