DiversIQ collaborated with DCI Consulting on a three-part blog series that reveals the results of their analysis of DEI website communications and associated workforce and leadership representation among the S&P 100.

• The first post: “Leading by Example: Public Commitment to DEI” addresses the prevalence of dedicated corporate DEI webpages by GICS sector and where that content (if applicable) is located on companies’ websites.
• The second post: “Leading by Example: Public DEI Messaging” discusses commonly (and some less commonly) included substantive content of DEI webpage disclosures based on a statistical sampling of 24 of the S&P 100.
• The third post: “Leading by Example: External Environment’s Impact on DEI Messaging” addresses the correlations between companies’ webpage disclosures and the representation of women and people of color on their boards and leadership teams and in their workforce.
