Welcome to the Corporate Practices Committee Community!
This community is accessible to all Society members on the Corporate Practices Committee, which serves as the principal member forum for monitoring and benchmarking best practices for boards of directors, corporate governance and the corporate secretarial function, including the application or implementation of final regulatory action. The committee benchmarks, analyzes data and produces publications on corporate governance and board practices, including meeting logistics, minutes and record retention, the application of state corporate law relating to board duties, functions and liability, D&O insurance and indemnification, director compensation and compensation and staffing of the corporate secretarial function.
