How much CLE credit is available for each session?
Many state bar associations and CLE boards regularly grant continuing legal education credits to conference attendees. The Society for Corporate Governance has contracted with CEU Institute, a nationally accredited CLE and CE provider, to manage the CLE process for our attendees. Applications for the National Conference sessions will be submitted to all states requested by attendees. The conference is also often eligible for CPA or paralegal credits. Depending on the jurisdiction, the program is usually approved for 15-18 credits.

How can I make sure I get CLE credit for attending?
Attendance at all conference sessions must be reported on-site with the attendance tracker and attendees will be contacted with credit information following the conference. The tracker will be provided via a link on site at the conference and should be completed and submitted at the conclusion of the conference. CEU will process applications and notify attendees about credits approximately 4-8 weeks after the conference. If you have any questions or you may contact CEU via email at rosters@ceuinstitute.net or phone at 800-556-3559.
